Hailed as one of Britain’s great songwriters, Belfast’s Brian Houston constantly shifts the mood with songs that ache and break and tell the story of the human condition. A tunesmith, a poet, a bard and a comedian, Brian knows how to hold an audience in his hands and reach into your soul to touch memories long buried and dreams once forgotten.
‘It was thirty seconds in when I realized what a really special piece of music this was…one of Britain’s great songwriters.’
Bob Harris BBC Radio 2. Brian appeared in a late night solo performance and a Sunday afternoon slot in the Ground Acoustic café at FUEL 10 – after we were blown away by an amazing full band performance in a sold out Grand Opera House Belfast early this year we just had to ask Brian to appear with a full band on our mainstage at FUEL 11.
We are also delighted that Brian will be the resident host in the Ground Acoustic café all weekend at FUEL 11 – look forward to some ‘craic’ and seriously good music in that venue.
